Losing a loved one is one of life’s hardest moments. The last thing anyone needs during that time is unclear pricing, a complicated process, and a lack of guidance. Funeo is a funeral service that aims to change this by offering a digital-first approach.
My role was to create a digital identity that reflects their warmth, honesty, and human-centered approach.

Funeo is a funeral service that aims to change this by offering transparency, simplicity, and a digital-first approach. Their goal is to provide a calm, structured, and supportive experience for families in a difficult time.
My role was to create a digital identity that reflects their warmth, honesty, and human-centered approach.
A Thoughtful and Balanced Design
To capture the right atmosphere, I created a visual identity inspired by natural elements. Himmel, Hav og Hjerte (Sky, Sea, and Heart) became the foundation—a warm, poetic, and human color palette designed to evoke comfort and serenity.
Colors are soft and natural, creating a sense of peace and trust.
Typography balances classic elegance with modern simplicity, making the experience feel both familiar and contemporary.
Imagery is subtle, intimate, naturalistic and poetic—reinforcing Funeo’s compassionate approach.
Structure is clear and intuitive, ensuring an easy and stress-free experience for users.

The funeral industry is often associated with outdated practices, hidden costs, and a lack of digital solutions. Many families struggle to navigate the process during an already difficult time. Funeo is different.
