The Digital Experience

EWII's digital universe redesign aimed to create a seamless, user-centric experience by enhancing both the Main Interface and the Self-Service Portal. The goal was to empower users with tools to manage their energy consumption efficiently while providing actionable insights for smarter energy use.

The Main Interface

I designed a visually engaging and user-friendly main interface to introduce potential customers to EWII's services. This included intuitive navigation, an overview of energy solutions, and a clear pathway to log in or create an account. The design focused on building trust and encouraging user engagement from the first interaction.

The Self-Service Portal

For logged-in users, me and my team created a streamlined and functional self-service portal. The dashboard provided users with clear visualizations of their energy consumption, personalized savings tips, and tools to set and track consumption goals. The portal prioritized usability, ensuring users could make informed decisions to optimize their energy usage.
